Requirements Analysis

During the project initiation phase, the project manager will organize relevant personnel to conduct a requirements survey, gathering insights into customer needs, the project context, and the current status of existing systems and equipment. The findings from this survey will be compiled into a Requirements Analysis Report, which clearly outlines the project objectives, anticipated outcomes, and potential implementation risks. After being reviewed by the project manager, the report will be submitted to the client for approval, providing a solid foundation for the subsequent development of the project plan.

Scheme Design

Based on the requirements analysis report, the technical team develops a detailed solution that includes system architecture, technology roadmap, implementation plan, and resource allocation. The design proposal must undergo a technical review to ensure its feasibility and cutting-edge nature. Once approved, the solution will be presented to the client for discussion and confirmation, with opportunities for optimization if needed.

System Integration

Once the plan is confirmed, the project moves into the system integration phase. The technical team will be responsible for procuring, installing, and commissioning the equipment, ensuring seamless connectivity among all system components. Throughout the integration process, regular communication with the client is essential to provide progress updates and address any issues promptly, keeping the project on track as planned. After completion, system testing will be conducted to verify that the system’s functionality and performance meet the design specifications.

Equipment debugging

After system integration is completed, professional technicians will perform equipment debugging to ensure stable operation and proper functionality. During the debugging process, relevant data must be recorded and compiled into a detailed debugging report. This report must then be reviewed by the project manager before being submitted to the customer. Only after the customer approves the report can the project proceed to the training phase.

Training Services

After the equipment debugging is complete, the project team provides customers with tailored training services. The training covers essential topics such as equipment operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring that clients can confidently master system usage. Following the training, a thorough evaluation of its effectiveness will be conducted, along with gathering customer feedback. Based on this feedback, the training content will be refined and optimized continuously.

After-sales support

After project delivery, the process moves into the after-sales support phase. The after-sales service team establishes customer profiles, conducts regular follow-up visits, and gathers feedback and suggestions from customers regarding system usage. We also promptly address any issues raised by clients. Our after-sales support services include system maintenance, technical consultations, and routine inspections, ensuring the system operates smoothly and reliably over the long term.
