Requirements Analysis

After being reviewed by the project manager, the report will be submitted to the client for approval, providing a solid foundation for the subsequent development of the project plan.
Scheme Design
Based on the requirements analysis report, the technical team develops a detailed solution that includes system architecture, technology roadmap, implementation plan, and resource allocation. The design proposal must undergo a technical review to ensure its feasibility and cutting-edge nature. Once approved, the solution will be presented to the client for discussion and confirmation, with opportunities for optimization if needed.
System Integration
Once the plan is confirmed, the project moves into the system integration phase. The technical team will be responsible for procuring, installing, and commissioning the equipment, ensuring seamless connectivity among all system components.
